I didn't know what to expect as a first timer to yoga and was putting it off due to feeling very shy/ anxious about it and also the group aspect. The studio environment and the way Niranga facilitated the class was amazingly quickly calming to me. I try to keep fit and I also work a lot so most times I feel both sore and exhausted. For the first time in a long time I feel so relaxed, refreshed and strong at the same time. Amazing for physical recovery and a mental reset. Still feeling great days later. Definitely what I needed and wished it didn't take me so long to try it. I've been missing out on an amazing experience.
